As one of the oldest steakhouses in Evansville, we have created a tradition of excellence.
The Cork ’n Cleaver, located in Evansville, Indiana, opened its doors in 1974. It was originally associated with Chart House, which had approximately 80 restaurants. Referred to by many as “The Cork,” it has been locally owned and operated since 2001.
