Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended. Call (812) 479-6974 between 10:30am and 8pm, any day of the week.
What are your hours?
Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11am to 2pm. Dinner is served every evening from 4pm: until 8pm Sunday through Thursday, and until 9pm on Friday and Saturday.
When is the early bird menu?
Every day from 4pm to 5:30pm. Early bird entrees are served with Sun rice or baked potato, soup or salad bar, and hot bread with butter.
Is there a salad bar?
Yes. Our award winning salad bar is garden fresh every day with homemade dressings. Dinner entrees are served with salad bar or soup, and you can order the salad bar on its own.
Do you have a full bar?
Yes. Ask your server for your favorite cocktail or wine by the glass.

The sign says Cork ’n Cleaver. You will also see it written Cork and Cleaver, Cork & Cleaver or Cork N Cleaver, and regulars call it The Cork. It is all the same Evansville steakhouse.
Is this the Cork ’n Cleaver in Fort Wayne?
No. We are the Cork ’n Cleaver in Evansville, in southwestern Indiana. The Fort Wayne restaurant has its own phone number and website.
